Returns and Exchanges: We only accept returns or exchanges for faulty items. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at customerservice-nc@newcenturybrand.com. We will address the issue and provide a resolution.

Refunds: If your return is approved due to a faulty item, we will process a refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, no modifications can be made. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
